Advisory information only
CetaBridge provides advisory research and written memos only. CetaBridge is not a licensed customs broker or law firm. CetaBridge does not prepare or submit CARM commercial accounting declarations (CADs), classify goods, determine origin, pay duties as your agent, or provide legal, tax, customs or accounting advice.
Independent verification
You remain responsible for business, purchasing, customs and legal decisions. Goods may qualify for a reduced customs duty under CETA if they meet the rules of origin and the importer holds a valid origin declaration. CBSA decides. A licensed customs broker must confirm HS classification and origin and complete official CARM accounting (CAD). Counsel should review legal interpretations.
Scope and research targets
Research targets, measured from complete intake documents: SKU Surtax Check, three business days; 10-Day CETA Switch, ten business days; Managed, a rolling 30-day advisory desk scope. These are research targets for the advisory memo, not guarantees of clearance, savings, a duty rate, supplier performance, production, freight or delivery of goods.
When work begins
Work begins only after complete intake documents, a genuine payment, and written acceptance of the scope. Checkout is currently operating in Stripe TEST mode: it does not collect a real payment, and a test transaction does not start research or create an engagement.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. HST is included and an invoice PDF is provided: SKU Surtax Check $561.61, 10-Day CETA Switch $1,695, Managed $2,825 per month. Custom research fees become non-refundable once work begins, subject to these terms and applicable law. There is no refund based on customs treatment, supplier availability, savings, duty rate or goods timeline.

No government affiliation
CetaBridge is an independent Mississauga advisory desk and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBSA, the Government of Canada, or another government body.
Intellectual property
The CetaBridge name, mark, site content and original work product are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client-specific use rights for paid deliverables may be described in the applicable engagement terms.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the CetaBridge Privacy Policy, including the consent record and IP address captured with each intake. CetaBridge does not sell personal information in the United States or elsewhere.
